Text :
Where ordinary people turn away, heroes instead are drawn to go forward.
When faced with hardship, they never retreat.
When they see profit, they do not blindly pursue it.
When a mistake is made together, they take the blame upon themselves;
when success is achieved together, they credit others.
Like sharpening a whetstone, they diligently refine themselves day by day,
always studying, and committing themselves fully to right action from beginning to end.
